Before you cancel

Export a complete copy of any project you want to keep. This gives you your manuscript, characters, notes, plot, and version history in a portable archive that’s yours regardless of what happens to your account afterward.

After canceling

Your data is retained for a window after cancellation, so you can come back. Permanent deletion is a separate, explicit request.
