Profile & author profile

Your account profile is how you appear in the Studio. Your author profile is what shows up on exported title pages.

Endra Studio has two separate profiles.

Account profile

Your display name, photo, login email (read-only), timezone, and a short bio. This is how you appear to collaborators in the Studio.

To change your name, edit Display name at the top of the page. It takes effect the next time collaborators see you.

Author profile

A separate set of fields (first name, last name, contact email, phone, and address) used specifically on the title page when you export a manuscript to .docx. If left blank, exports fall back to your account name and email.

This is where a pen name goes. Put the name you want printed on a submission in First name and Last name; it does not have to match your account details, and nothing else in the Studio shows it.

Edit your profiles

Both live under your account settings, in separate sections on the same page: account profile at the top, Author Profile below it.
