Inserting images into the manuscript

Drop an image into the editor from the slash menu, or paste one directly, and edit its details without leaving the page.

Images can go straight into a chapter, section, or note.

Inserting an image

Type / in the editor and select the image command to choose from your asset library, or paste an image directly from your clipboard.

Each image can be up to 10 MB. If you paste a larger one, nothing is inserted and a message tells you the image is too large.

Editing an inserted image

Select an image in the editor to bring up its bubble menu, where you can edit its display name, alt text, and description.
