Inserting images into the manuscript

Drop an image into the editor from the slash menu, or paste one directly, and edit its details without leaving the page.

Images can go straight into a chapter, section, or note, not just a character’s avatar slot.

Inserting an image

Type / in the editor and select the image command to choose from your asset library, or paste an image directly from your clipboard. Either way, it’s uploaded and inserted in one step.

Editing an inserted image

Select an image in the editor to bring up its bubble menu, where you can edit its display name, alt text, and description without leaving the document you’re writing in.
