The agreement between you and Endra Studio when you use the service.

You need an account to use Endra Studio. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them. You must be at least 13 to have an account.
Everything you create in Endra Studio belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it, back it up, sync it, and show it to the people you invite. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not use Endra Studio to store or share content you do not have the right to, or content that is illegal.
During the beta every plan is free. After launch, Free stays free within its limits, and Writer and Studio are paid monthly or yearly. Paid plans start with a two-week free trial; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
If a payment fails we will let you know and retry. If it keeps failing, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; projects over the Free limits stay readable and exportable.
Prices may change. If your plan's price changes we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
When you invite someone into a project or send them a draft, you are responsible for choosing who sees your work. They agree to these terms when they open the invitation.
Do not attempt to break into the service, disrupt it, or use it to harm others. Do not resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Endra Studio is in beta. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or bug-free, and features may change or be removed. You can export a complete copy of any project at any time, and we recommend doing so before major edits.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, which deletes your content. We may close accounts that break these terms; if we do, we will give you the chance to export your work unless the law prevents it.
To the extent the law allows, Endra Studio is provided "as is", and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
